Join us in shaping the future with clarity and assurance.Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage real estate transactions from inception to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and closing statements, with meticulous attention to detail.Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues.Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with legal standards.Conduct thorough title searches and resolve any discrepancies to ensure clear property titles.Assist in drafting and filing legal documents related to estate planning, wills, and trusts.Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence efficiently and professionally.
