Overview

Sage Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives primarily for Oklahoma City and Tulsa, with additional assistance for Kansas City. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining brand standards and ensuring high-quality marketing execution, requiring initiative and ownership of responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives aligning with Sotheby's International Realty brand standards
  • Review and assist agent marketing for compliance with brokerage policies, MLS rules, and state regulations
  • Design and produce print and digital marketing materials for listings and agents
  • Manage and maintain marketing platforms and assist with agent onboarding
  • Coordinate and schedule social media content across company channels
  • Update and maintain website content for accuracy and quality
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
  • Support planning and coordination of company events and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain marketing asset libraries, templates, and databases
  • Assist with reporting, data tracking, and general marketing operations

Required skills

  • 1-3+ years of marketing experience or relevant internship experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal oversight
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • High level of accountability and responsiveness
  • Strong visual judgment with an eye for elevated design
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Basic photography and content creation skills preferred
  • Comfortable navigating marketing technology platforms
  • High attention to detail
