Luxury Homes Realty is looking for a full-time Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist to join their dynamic real estate team in Houston, Texas. This role focuses on acquiring new properties and cultivating relationships with buyers, emphasizing a results-oriented and strategic approach to real estate acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor the sales process and track all interaction details in the CRM
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends
  • Prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork for sales
  • Assess property value and condition using market trends, comps, and data research
  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers to ensure smooth closings

Required skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Goal-oriented and passionate about real estate asset selling
  • Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
  • Over 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales
  • CRM proficiency
  • Strong phone skills
