Key responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships with care through inbound calls, texts, and web leads
  • Build genuine bonds via active listening and intuitive communication
  • Understand sellers' unique situations by asking insightful questions
  • Manage a pipeline of leads in the CRM with thoughtful follow-up
  • Balance multiple conversations to ensure clients feel prioritized
  • Keep detailed notes for enhanced service to families
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Home Buying team
  • Collaborate with the team to foster future partnerships
