The practice offers exposure to complex structured real estate finance matters, construction lending, preferred equity investments, and distressed commercial real estate transactions. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing2-5 years of substantive experience in real estate finance transactionsExtensive experience with a wide range of debt, debt-like, and equity transactions secured by or invested in real estate projects Particular experience with construction financing and multi-tiered capital transactionsExperience representing lenders, capital providers, borrowers, or a combination thereofExcellent attention to detail, sound business judgment, and strong interpersonal skills Exceptional legal research, drafting, analytical, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environmentCommitment to superior client service, with interest in direct client contact and business development opportunities Key Responsibilities Represent lenders, capital providers, and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactionsStructure, negotiate, and document construction loans, mortgage financings, preferred equity investments, and other real estate-related financing arrangementsAdvise clients on sophisticated debt, debt-like, and equity investment structures involving commercial real estate assetsHandle multi-tiered capital transactions and structured real estate finance mattersAssist with distressed commercial real estate transactions and related financing mattersCollaborate closely with partners and clients throughout all phases of transactionsMaintain significant client contact while managing multiple matters in a fast-paced practice environment Why Join Us?
