Job description: Senior Conveyancer Kamloops, British Columbia Canada Full-time, In-Office Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week About the OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Kamloops law firm for a Conveyancer with residential and/or commercial experience. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and values accuracy, efficiency, and client service. This position is an in-house full time opportunity. Our client company manages Personal Injury, General Litigation, Business Law, Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Estate Litigation and Construction with a full bank of skilled Lawyers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finishPrepare and review conveyancing documents including statements of adjustments, contracts, and dischargesConduct title, property tax, and strata searches to ensure compliance and accuracyCoordinate with clients, lawyers, lenders, realtors, and other stakeholders throughout each transactionManage trust payouts, disbursements, and registrations using LTSA systemsMaintain organized and accurate electronic filesQualifications15 years of BC conveyancing experience (junior to senior level)Strong knowledge of conveyancing laws, procedures, and documentationExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with eConveyance, ProSuite, myLTSA, and BC Online is an assetStrong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approachCompensation & Benefits$24.00$40.00/hr (depending on experience)24 weeks of vacation (based on experience) to be approved after one yearExtended health, dental, and vision benefitsPaid parking assistance with receipt How To Apply Were excited to hear from you!
