Associates will work with innovative technology and life sciences clients while gaining significant responsibility and direct client exposure.Qualifications:2-4 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firmExperience with commercial leasing and purchase and sale transactions requiredCalifornia Bar admission requiredStrong drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent academic credentialsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and manage client relationshipsThis is an opportunity to join a supportive team with strong mentorship and training while working on sophisticated real estate matters for leading companies across the technology and life sciences industries.Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range is $235,000-$310,000, depending on experience and associate year level.
