Overview

The Reagent Production Planner at bioMérieux in Hazelwood, Missouri will develop and maintain production plans and schedules to support customer commitments while ensuring efficient manufacturing methods. The role focuses on balancing inventory and customer service to meet company goals and involves collaboration across departments to optimize processes and communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate, maintain, issue, and track controlled documents per FDA and ISO requirements
  • Balance inventory, safety stock, customer service, and production costs to meet goals
  • Prepare periodic production metric reports for management review
  • Create and maintain a reagent production schedule to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Collaborate with departments for finished goods introductions and production prioritization
  • Communicate effectively in real-time to share key information
  • Produce technical written information suitable for the audience
  • Create process orders and other documents in SAP
  • Coordinate nonproduction activities to ensure alignment with other departments
  • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards
