Overview

Agile Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in PCBA manufacturing and electromechanical assembly to support hardware manufacturing initiatives. The role focuses on process development, industrialization, and collaboration with R&D and EMS partners to ensure high-quality production of complex electronic systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing engineering activities for PCBA and electromechanical assembly.
  • Define and industrialize manufacturing processes for electronic products.
  • Drive DFx reviews in collaboration with R&D and EMS partners.
  • Develop PFMEAs, process flows, control plans, and work instructions.
  • Optimize SMT/THT assembly processes and troubleshoot manufacturing defects.
  • Lead FATP process development and automation initiatives.
  • Support NPI from prototype builds to mass production.
  • Manage technical interface with EMS partners for yield improvement.
  • Own BOM transition and support ECO implementation.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant engineering field
  • 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
  • Expertise in PCBA and electromechanical assembly
  • Experience with NPI programs from development to manufacturing
  • Knowledge of SMT/THT assembly processes and manufacturing automation
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience at PCBA and system levels
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
