Job Description

Overview

The Radiology Technologist will perform diagnostic radiology procedures under the supervision of a physician, focusing on patient welfare and comfort while adhering to established standards of care. This part-time position is based in Lake Spring, Missouri and includes opportunities for training radiology students.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform radiology procedures independently or under physician supervision
  • Ensure patient welfare, confidentiality, and comfort during procedures
  • Support didactic training of radiology students
  • Follow established policies and protocols for imaging
  • Maintain high standards in anatomical positioning and image quality

Required skills

  • Graduate of ARRT accredited School of Radiological Technology
  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred
  • ARRT-R certification required prior to start date
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computers and systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
