BAS Healthcare is seeking a Remote Radiology Physician for overnight general radiology coverage. The role involves providing remote coverage for multiple locations in the north Houston region, supporting a prominent medical center that offers a mix of small-town charm and big city amenities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide remote overnight general radiology coverage 7 days per week, 11pm-7am
  • Cover multiple locations including The Woodlands, Northeast, and Southwest
  • Achieve a volume expectation of 90 RVUs per shift
  • Handle an estimated annual volume of 30,240 studies
  • Utilize RPCE Tech Stack and Powerscribe 4.0 for readings
  • Perform high-volume remote reading

Required skills

  • Experience in radiology
  • Familiarity with medical imaging and diagnostic imaging technologies
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Comfort with high-volume readings
