Job Description

Overview

GHR Healthcare is seeking a Locum Tenens Radiologist to work onsite in Wooster, Ohio, starting in November 2025 for a 13-week contract. The role includes a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, where the Radiologist will handle a variety of diagnostic imaging studies and light interventional procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine
  • Perform light interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies and CT/US guided interventions
  • Conduct lumbar punctures, myelograms, epidurals, and arthrograms for joint injuries
  • Collaborate with referring physicians to deliver timely, accurate diagnostic information
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

Required skills

  • Board Certification in Radiology
  • Active Ohio Medical License
  • DEA Registration
  • Minimum 1 year of post-residency experience in diagnostic radiology
  • Proficiency with advanced imaging modalities and light interventional radiology procedures
