Overview

Source Medical, LLC. is seeking a Chief of Radiology in Westminster, MD. This full-time, hospital-employed leadership role requires providing both diagnostic and interventional radiology services while overseeing the radiology department and participating in various committees.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic and interventional radiology services
  • Perform procedures including biopsies, drainages, venous access, embolization, nephrostomy
  • Oversee and lead the radiology department
  • Participate in committees and divisions as needed
  • Take part in IR call rotation covering three hospitals

Required skills

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • ABR/AOBR certification
  • Completion of ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology Residency
  • Ability to obtain unrestricted Maryland Medical License and DEA
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Preferred: Subspecialty training/CAQ in Interventional Radiology
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
