Overview

OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL is looking for an Interventional Radiology locums physician to provide coverage starting June 1, 2026. The role requires availability for a high-volume schedule of over 20 shifts per month, including weekdays and potential weekend coverage.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform full-spectrum interventional radiology procedures including biopsies, drain work, vascular access, biliary, GI/GU procedures, and oncology interventions
  • Conduct some diagnostic reads as needed
  • Provide locums coverage with a preference for consecutive shifts
  • Work weekdays from 7 AM to 5 PM on-site
  • Be available for weekend coverage as required

Required skills

  • Active Illinois medical license or IMLC acceptance
  • Experience in interventional radiology procedures
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload
