Overview

Howard-Sloan Search, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum opportunity at Bayhealth Hospital in Dover, Delaware. The position offers schedule flexibility and support within a collaborative team environment, covering both inpatient and outpatient settings throughout 2026.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general radiology and fluoroscopy
  • Conduct emergency STAT reads and various procedures including epidurals, arthrograms, hip injections, and myelograms
  • Manage approximately 5 procedural cases per day alongside general radiology reads
  • Work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
  • Commit to 1-2 weeks per month of coverage

Required skills

  • Board-Certified or Truly Board-Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Experience with EMR Systems (specifically Epic)
  • Procedural skills in radiology
  • Active Delaware medical license preferred or eligible for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
  • Strong team collaboration ability
