Overview

Ascend Medical Staffing is seeking a full-time Abdominal Imaging Radiologist for a non-tenure-track faculty position in a leading academic medical center in the Southeast. This role involves delivering high-quality imaging services and engaging in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality imaging services in a collaborative academic environment
  • Mentor and train residents and fellows
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with surgery, oncology, radiation oncology, and pathology teams
  • Participate in research and scholarly activities with support from a dedicated research team
  • Contribute to a collegial and innovative abdominal radiology team

Required skills

  • MD/DO in Diagnostic Radiology or Interventional Radiology
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging preferred
  • Academic experience qualifying for Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank
