Overview

The Radiation Therapy Technologist at Parkview Health works under the direction of the Technical Manager to deliver radiation therapy treatment according to the Radiation Oncologist's prescriptions. Candidates must hold the necessary certifications and licensure to provide these services.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver radiation therapy treatment as directed by the Radiation Oncologist
  • Work under the guidance of the Technical Manager
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in radiation therapy

Required skills

  • Certification in Radiation Therapy technology
  • Registration with the ARRT
  • Valid Radiation Therapist license for the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience as a radiation therapist is preferred
