This is a great opportunity for someone who wants room to grow - we're expanding quickly and promote from within.Requirements• QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online certification required• Ability to Demonstrate Strong Microsoft Excel Skills• Strong Technical Skills with Modern Virtual Meeting Tools such as Zoom/Teams• Experience Using AI Tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Grok • Prior bookkeeping experience (public accounting or bookkeeping firm experience a plus)• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail• Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills• Driven, with a desire to grow within a fast-paced firm• Must be authorized to work in the United States• Fully proficient in English• Reliable transportation requiredWork Arrangement• Location: Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL• First few months: in-office for training and orientation• After onboarding: primarily remote, with occasional in-office days• Full-time and part-time opportunities availableCompensation & Benefits• Starting at $25/hour but will increase rapidly based on experience and performance• Full benefits package• Clear path for advancement as the firm scales Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief note on their QuickBooks experience.
