Job Description

Overview

Princeton Tool Inc is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to ensure compliance with quality requirements while supporting the manufacturing of critical components for defense and aerospace industries. This role involves conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform visual and manual inspections of precision machined components
  • Verify compliance with work instruction specification requirements
  • Complete and review inspection documentation for accuracy
  • Verify manufacturing travelers and quality documentation
  • Identify and document nonconforming materials
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections as assigned
  • Use precision inspection instruments such as calipers and micrometers
  • Maintain an organized and audit-ready inspection area
  • Follow AS9100 quality procedures and company policies
  • Assist production personnel with quality-related issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, machining, or quality inspection
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
