Overview

Bakerly Barn LLC is seeking a Quality Technician for their 3rd Shift in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role is essential in supporting the company's food safety and quality assurance systems by monitoring processes, conducting tests, and training team members in a fast-paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor process controls, GMPs, and personnel practices to ensure compliance with food safety and quality programs.
  • Perform sample collections for microbiological or chemical testing and analyze product specifications.
  • Document and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct quality audits and regulatory formulation audits.
  • Investigate customer feedback and internal incidents, providing timely responses.
  • Advise operations on out-of-specification materials and process deviations.
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and support new product transitions.
  • Maintain and operate laboratory equipment following health and safety standards.

Required skills

  • BS or AA degree in science or technical field preferred
  • 1-3 years of quality assurance experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Ability to assess risk and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
