Overview

The Quality Grader Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the grading line and assisting in supervising grading personnel at Alsum Farms. This role focuses on staff scheduling, training new quality graders, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a clean workspace.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee proper staff scheduling to meet production needs
  • Train new Quality Graders on company grading standards
  • Supervise the setup and changing of bins during production
  • Report quality issues to management
  • Ensure production lines are fully staffed
  • Sort products based on quality and place them in appropriate bins
  • Maintain a clean workspace following sanitation schedules
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
