Think lemonade, tea, and orange juice. We are currently looking for energetic Quality Control Team Members in the Arden, NC area. These are experienced full time positions. Main Activities:Analyze data and make decisions on product quality while working closely with production to resolve issues if product is outside of specifications.Pull random samples for routine testingCheck packaging for correct labeling and code information.Responsible for the execution of procedures, process documentation and continuous improvement programs.Ability to be able to write and help implement SOP's and Work InstructionsAbility to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.Ability to interpret specifications and apply to resultsApprove and/or reject incoming raw materials.Knowledge of non-conformance, deviation and CAPA programs.Calibrate, clean and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.Understand and comply with Quality Food/Safety and safety requirements in place.Check HACCP critical control points and HACQP critical quality points and ensure proper corrective actions are taken to maintain food safety and quality at all times.
