Overview

Impact Floors of Texas is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure flooring installations meet company standards and provide outstanding customer service. The role involves inspecting installations, communicating with team members and customers, and managing warranty or post-sale issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect flooring installations for compliance with company standards
  • Identify and report defects in installations
  • Communicate job specifications and address customer concerns
  • Execute inspections and follow up on incidents for timely resolutions
  • Generate accurate measurements and take-offs
  • Support warehouse inventory processes
  • Assist account representatives with proper information for work assignments
