Overview

The Quality Control Inspector for U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission is responsible for performing inspection duties to ensure quality, appearance, and performance of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products. This position involves using various measurement tools and following safety regulations while maintaining a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform inspections of incoming materials and finished products according to specifications
  • Stop production in case of excessive defects
  • Conduct various tests using standard gauging, measuring, and testing devices
  • Record results of inspection and prepare summaries for evaluation
  • Maintain work area and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety
  • Report faulty operations and unusual conditions to supervisors
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes
