Overview

Zentech Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform product inspections and ensure compliance with technical data package requirements. The role involves analyzing assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications to identify and resolve issues affecting product quality in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform product inspections using visual aids and measuring devices
  • Analyze technical data packages to ensure conformance
  • Identify and resolve product configuration issues
  • Assign rework actions for production products
  • Approve work-in-process for subsequent operations

Required skills

  • Quality control and inspection expertise
  • Experience with electronic assembly including SMT, T/H, and mechanical
  • Proficiency in operating magnification devices (scope)
  • Ability to operate and interpret electronic and mechanical measuring devices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to review and interpret technical data packages
