Overview

Lotus Technical is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a direct hire position in Spring Lake Park, MN. This role involves performing inspections and calibrations in a precision grinding and machining environment, with an emphasis on ensuring quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections
  • Conduct tooling calibrations and maintain records
  • Collaborate with staff and customers to resolve quality issues
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field
  • Experience with inspection equipment such as calipers, gage blocks, micrometers, radius gauges, and CMM
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license
  • US Citizenship or Green Card Holder
  • Local to the MN area
