Mission Reporting to the Quality & R&D Director, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the plant's quality standards.You will act as a true quality ambassador on the production floor while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Your main responsibilities will include:Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards;Participating in internal and customer audits;Providing quality support on the production floor;Training and supporting operational teams in both French and English;Contributing to continuous improvement projects;Supporting SQF / GFSI standards and certifications;Participating in investigations and quality issue resolutions;Collaborating closely with production, maintenance, QC and R&D teams;Maintaining a strong floor presence to support daily operations.
