They will be responsible for leading and improving all aspects of the quality organization; this includes Payarc's systems, processes, customer specifications, and more. Requirements: Responsibilities & DutiesHire, train and manage a team of quality assurance analystsLead internal and external operational audits that directly/indirectly impact operational efficiency Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard-PCI DSS, National Automated Clearing House-NACHA)Work with required documentation and give necessary attention to details Review department processes and make improvements wherever necessary Assist in defining the Company's testing methodologies and quality control standards Identify and measure key metrics to improve overall quality and contribute to written policies/procedures for quality assuranceFacilitate problem solving from various departments Ensure that defects and requirement variances are being appropriately communicated to the appropriate department Work with business resources to understand purpose and concept for software features Perform other duties as assigned/ provide operational assistance as needed Perform employee evaluations and promote career developmentSkills/CompetenciesDetail oriented and excellent analytical, organizational, planning and prioritization skills Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success Team player Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills?
