Overview

Messerli Kramer, a respected law firm in the Twin Cities, is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Auditor to enhance their internal Compliance Department. The role involves conducting reviews and audits to ensure compliance with firm and client requirements, as well as preparing comprehensive audit reports.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct professional operations reviews and audits
  • Prepare audit reports and supporting documents
  • Handle various client deliverables such as call reports and remediation requests
  • Complete required call audits while managing deadlines
  • Support firm training processes, including maintenance of training logs
  • Communicate with clients and management regarding compliance and quality concerns

Required skills

  • Knowledge of legal and compliance standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Desirable proficiency with Crystal reporting
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
