Position: Quality Assurance Analyst (Ref: 18495)Location: Boise, ID USA, 83720Salary: DOEDuration: 11 Months 21 Days - ContractOpenings: 1Deadline: 07/16/2026Description: RemoteWe are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This role bridges the gap between traditional QA disciplines and modern AI/ML testing strategies, focusing on validating AI models, automating test flows with AI-assisted tooling, and improving overall product quality through intelligent test frameworks.You will be responsible for building and supporting automated testing frameworks to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established standards. This position emphasizes the creation, execution, and management of automated tests across all levels of testing, including unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, and production deployment validation.Key Responsibilities Framework Development: Design, maintain, and evolve automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins infrastructure. AI-Driven Testing: Utilize AI-driven tooling to enhance test coverage, improve defect detection, and increase regression reliability. Test Management: Develop and maintain testing standards, procedures, and a comprehensive test case repository, ensuring all documentation remains current. Collaboration: Participate in collaborative working sessions to develop test plans and criteria, partnering with architects and other QA professionals to establish best practices. Reporting: Provide user-friendly reporting for automated test results tailored to QA, UAT, business stakeholders, and management. Quality Assurance: Perform root cause analysis on system defects and coordinate with development teams to ensure prompt resolution.Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in integrating automated testing processes and designing/implementing test automation frameworks. Strong expertise in Web Service test automation (e.g., SoapUI), API testing (REST & GraphQL, OAuth2, JWT), and Performance/Load testing (JMeter, Gatling, or K6). Experience with Cloud & Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to containerize test frameworks and execute tests in grids/containers. Solid understanding of CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI) and the ability to create pipeline workflows. Working knowledge of testing batch, flat file, and web service-based interfaces. Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Required / Desired Skills Software automation testing and quality assurance experience Required - 6 Years Expertise in test automation skills Required - 5 Years Experience in Test Driven Development, Acceptance Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development Required - 4 Years Experience creating automated tests and regression test suites with testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Web Load, Jenkins, JUnit Required - 3 Years Knowledge/experience to implement and maintain framework components to support test execution Required - 3 Years Experience in Agile/Scrum environment Required - 2 Years Experience in Java programming/scripting Required - 2 Years Experience using AI to develop and execute automated test cases Required - 1 Years
