Overview

Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to support its Quality Control Program in Santa Clarita, California. This role involves assisting the Quality Systems Manager and ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards and quality assurance practices within the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with the Company's Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify adherence to current procedures.
  • Communicate QA/QC activities through reports and meetings.
  • Perform final QC on all Company product lines.
  • Issue, process, close, and file Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Conduct incoming receiving inspections as required.
  • Train employees on QC/QA procedures and inspection processes.
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits under supervision.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Experience with documentation control and organization.
  • Ability to use calipers, optical calibrator, and micrometers.
  • Must be able to travel between facilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
