Description: Job SummaryThe QA Specialist implements company and regulatory quality standards company wide. Audits and reviews quality data according to established procedures that drive proactive corrective actions. Responsibilities include inspections, document creation and management while driving continuous improvements within our processes.Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Gains exposure to more complex tasks within the job function. Typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.Essential functions Collaborating with other departments to deal with Quality issues that may arise.Coordinate with internal team to track, process, and drive internal or external RMA for assigned customers until closure.Engage and collaborate with suppliers to drive nonconformance quality issuesPerform receiving inspection, in line/ outgoing inspection and first article inspection for assigned customers.Ensure Quality system compliance, track and create quality reports for customers.Facilitating meetings with stakeholders; utilize leadership to gain resolution.Chart, evaluate, and report data for quality system metrics.Assist in creating, updating, and managing documents while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.Interface with manufacturing, Shipping & Receiving, and Procurement on process discrepancies that arise.Review/Process Deviations/ECRs/ECOs.Support the CAPA program.Support ISO qualifications (audits, training and documentation) Quarterly review Quality standards with cross-functional teams - reviewing training records, documentation and repeat standard failures.This position will entail a broad range of activities such as creation of SOPs/procedures, change control review, conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and training.Complies with all guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of the Company's Information Assets, Security and Systems and that of its clients.Advocate for high Quality standards amongst peer organizations.
