We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven QA Manager to lead all Quality Assurance functions within a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and Wistron's operational objectives. The QA Manager will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, and customers to drive continuous improvement, enhance product reliability, and support operational excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, extensive quality management experience, and a proven track record in electronics manufacturing services (EMS), contract manufacturing, or related industries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TL9000, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Establish and maintain quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and process controls. Ensure continuous compliance with internal, customer, and external certification requirements. Drive quality culture initiatives throughout the organization. Quality Operations Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), and Quality Engineering functions. Develop quality performance indicators and monitor key metrics, including: First Pass Yield (FPY) Defects Per Million (DPPM) Customer Returns Cost of Quality (COQ) Corrective Action Closure Rates Review quality trends and implement improvement plans to achieve operational objectives.
