This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, service levels, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.As a senior leader, the Director partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategy with organizational goals, drive operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance scalability. Requirements: Education/Professional:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (master's preferred).7-10+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management experience, including strategic leadership responsibilities. Experience developing procurement programs, policies, or governance frameworks strongly preferred.Proven experience in:Strategic sourcing and category managementComplex contract negotiationVendor relationship managementExperience in regulated environments (healthcare, government, or similar) strongly preferred.5.
