You will operate computer-controlled punch machines to produce blanks for manufacturing operations or as finished flat parts. Job Responsibilities: Read production paperwork to determine specified requirements to manufactureCheck parts using calipers, micrometers and height gaugesWill load program into control to run correct parts and quantitiesQuality assurance: remove cut pieces from sheet and examine for defects associated with punching including edge quality and surface nonconformitiesPerform basic setups involving prewritten programs Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent1-2 years in operating a press machine within a manufacturing settingOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Benefits and Perks Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insuranceWeekly pay periods401k matching up to 5% Your New Organization: A manufacturer of stamped, fabricated, finished, wired and assembled metal for select industry partners. In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share that the base salary range for this position is $14-17.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
