Overview

Description: Summary of Responsibilities As the leader of your crew, you will be responsible for safely performing tasks associated with the operation, rig up/down of pumping equipment, tools, and related equipment in the shop, yard or customer location. Employees in this position will be responsible for operating and maintaining fluid pumps and other equipment during operations as well as before and after job completion. You will be in charge of the pump controls, all downhole calculations and operations. You will be in direct contact with the customers and ensuring the job is completed to their satisfaction. You must comply with all safety standards and ensure your team does the same. Requirements: Primary Responsibilities (Not listed in relation to their priority)Operate, service, and maintain equipment Be proficient in downhole operationsHave knowledge of downhole calculationsManaging stand alone crewDirectly working with customersConduct daily meetings will management on all operationsOversee daily operations Be able to troubleshoot issues on jobs should the need ariseMentor and be a leader for team membersDisplay extensive knowledge of rigging and "outside" operations of pump, iron, and wellheadComplete all documentation required for equipment service, inspections, and maintenanceWill be able to operate or drive all of the equipmentComply with required safety and operational proceduresAssists other employees with equipment rigs up and rig downOperate fluid pumps associated with processes including treatment proceduresPerform required inspections and maintenance of equipment and ensure that iron certifications are currentPerform all duties in compliance with Customer and Company policies and procedures and applicable regulationsActively participates in safety meetings and assist to identify and address risks and hazardsPerform other duties as assignedComply with DOT regulationsPreferred Qualifications 1. High School diploma, GED or equivalent2. Problem-solving skills3. Organizational skills4. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions5. Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written6. Customer service skills7. Proficient in oilfield well servicing 8. Ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects of up to 75 pounds for extended periods of time9. Ability to multi-task and be adaptable10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 11. Ability to supervise a crew12. Proficient in complex mathematical equations13. Ability to analyze complex downhole fluid dynamic calculations14. Understanding fluid weights, pipe dimensions, and velocity of fluidsSpecial Requirements1. 21 years or older2. Valid CDL Class A with air brakes. Tanker and HAZMAT a plus3. Ability to be on location for extended periods of time4. 5+ years of related work experience5.
