Overview

The Pub Crew Server at Pelican Brewing Company in Rockaway Beach is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining positive interactions with customers and co-workers. This role requires a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus, effective communication with team members, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary guest service and maintain effective communication with FOH and BOH.
  • Greet guests within 1 minute of seating and take orders promptly.
  • Deliver food and beverages accurately to assigned sections.
  • Remove used dishes and glasses after each course.
  • Assist other service personnel as needed.
  • Resolve guest complaints and notify management as necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, events, and community involvement.
