Accolades Physician Resources LLC is seeking a Psychiatry Physician to join a well-established department in Hammond, Indiana. This role offers a dynamic work environment in a 400-bed award-winning facility that supports both outpatient and inpatient care, while allowing for an excellent work-life balance in a community with easy access to Chicago.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in a hospital setting
  • Work in a busy, well-established department/group practice
  • See patients mostly in an inpatient setting
  • Participate in weekend rounding on a 1:3 basis or better
  • Collaborate with a collegial group of physicians for mentorship and support

Required skills

  • Experience in Psychiatry and Mental Health
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Epic
  • Strong patient care skills
