Overview

Join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Rochester, Pennsylvania as a Psychiatry Physician. This role focuses on providing accessible and culturally sensitive mental health care to both adults and children through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in an outpatient setting
  • Manage a diverse caseload including both adult and pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with primary care and behavioral health teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support the FQHC’s mission of accessible, community-focused healthcare

Required skills

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration
