Overview

Curative is seeking a board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a locum tenens position in Natick, Massachusetts. This is an inpatient-focused role with no call responsibilities, offering structured daytime hours and a dedicated clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide care in a 22-bed acute inpatient psychiatric unit
  • Manage conditions such as anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and psychotic disorders
  • Deliver pharmacologic management and therapeutic interventions
  • Handle involuntary commitments and enforce safety protocols
  • Maintain a Monday through Friday, daytime schedule with no overnight duties

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Active Massachusetts medical license
  • Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings
  • Ability to manage pediatric behavioral health cases
