Overview

GHR Healthcare is seeking a board-certified Addiction Psychiatrist for an outpatient addiction clinic in Staten Island, NY. This role focuses on providing medication-assisted treatment and managing co-existing disorders in a busy clinic setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide medication-assisted treatment including suboxone
  • Manage outpatient withdrawal for patients
  • Treat adults and young adults with addiction medication
  • Oversee 14-16 patients per day in a busy clinic setting
  • Work a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM with no call

Required skills

  • Board certification in Psychiatry
  • Addiction board certification preferred
  • Experience in outpatient care
  • Skills in patient management
