Source Medical, LLC. is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a dynamic behavioral health team at a regional referral center hospital in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The role focuses on providing quality care in a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide care to behavioral health patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, and nurse navigators
  • Manage an average daily census of 12-14 patients per NP in a 28-bed unit
  • Deliver quality care within a full-time schedule of 7 on / 7 off shifts
