Accessible Space is seeking a full-time Property Site Caretaker/Maintenance person for an apartment building in Kansas City, KS. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment and performing various building and unit maintenance tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
  • Perform duties related to unit turnovers
  • Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
  • Implement required unit and building inspections
  • Perform routine errands
  • Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work

Required skills

  • One year of experience in minor building and maintenance repairs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to interact appropriately with individuals
