Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager in Santa Rosa, CA to enhance property management services by focusing on both residents and property owners. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations while upholding compliance and enhancing tenant experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct business in compliance with company policies and relevant laws
  • Ensure timely communication regarding delinquent rents and initiate eviction processes if necessary
  • Coordinate with property owners for invoice approvals and funding
  • Maintain accurate lease files and management activity records
  • Physically inspect properties and oversee maintenance activities
  • Assist owners with financial statements and property pricing strategies
  • Facilitate lease renewals and show available properties to prospective tenants

Required skills

  • Real Estate License in California preferred
  • Experience in residential property management
  • Strong communication and record-keeping skills
  • Financial reporting and operations management experience
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
