Overview

Levco Management is seeking a Property Manager for a 264-unit property in Orlando, Florida. This role involves overseeing property operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer service while contributing to the company's inclusive, team-oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage collections and posting rent receipts
  • Approve invoices and posting accounts payable
  • Supervise on-site team members
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Participate in leasing and renewal activities
  • Assist with developing budgets and property performance goals
  • Ensure financial and operational goals are met
  • Assist with project management of capital improvements
  • Ensure high-quality customer service to residents
  • Manage vendors and contractors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required skills

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Property Manager
  • Experience with properties undertaking renovations (preferred)
  • Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
