Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the operational details and the overarching goal of delivering exceptional experiences for residents and property owners, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies and relevant laws
  • Review and approve invoices, coordinating with property owners for payments
  • Monitor rent delinquency status and communicate with the owner
  • Issue notices and initiate eviction actions as necessary
  • Communicate with maintenance teams and keep owners informed
  • Assist in application approval processes
  • Maintain complete lease files and execute leases properly
  • Walk and inspect properties as needed
  • Ensure accurate security deposit dispositions
  • Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on pricing
  • Show properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms
  • Facilitate the lease renewal process

Required skills

  • Real Estate License in OR preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Residential property management experience required
  • Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management compliance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Record keeping abilities
  • Operations management expertise
