Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a motivated Property Manager for a 157-unit property in Richmond, Virginia. This role is essential in overseeing property operations and ensuring exceptional service to residents while promoting a supportive and inclusive team culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage collections and posting rent receipts
  • Approve invoices and posting accounts payable
  • Supervise on-site team members
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage and participate in leasing and renewal activities
  • Assist with the development of budgets and property performance goals
  • Ensure established financial and operational goals of the property are met
  • Assist with project management of capital improvements
  • Ensure highest quality customer service to residents
  • Ensure quality of maintenance and turnover work
  • Manage vendors and contractors
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager
  • Experience with Yardi software preferred
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
