Overview

Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Manager for their commercial portfolio in Sacramento, California. This role focuses on maximizing tenant satisfaction while managing the profitability of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate, amidst the company's continued growth in the sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage property financial metrics and overall portfolio profitability.
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis on property activities.
  • Handle tenant billing issues including CAM reconciliations and expense approvals.
  • Perform interior and exterior inspections and generate preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Resolve tenant issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Schedule and manage vendor operations and asset appearances.
  • Ensure asset code compliance across all properties in the portfolio.
  • Lead and mentor Assistant and Junior Property Managers.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
  • 7+ years of progressive property management experience
  • California Real Estate License and Certified Property Manager preferred
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Property Management experience
  • 4+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Property Management software like Yardi, MRI, or SAP
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
