Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager in Summerville, South Carolina, to lead property management efforts with a focus on both operational details and tenant-owner relationships. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, maintain compliance, and deliver an exceptional experience for residents and property owners.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing, and applicable laws
  • Review and approve invoices, coordinating with property owners for payments
  • Monitor rent delinquency and communicate with owners as needed
  • Issue demand letters and initiate eviction actions when necessary
  • Communicate with maintenance teams regarding property issues and keep owners informed
  • Assist with application approval processes when necessary
  • Ensure lease files are complete and accurate
  • Maintain daily records of management activities
  • Inspect properties regularly as required
  • Ensure proper approvals for maintenance exceeding repair limits
  • Accurate disposition of security deposits in accordance with state laws
  • Conduct market surveys for property pricing
  • Show properties to prospective tenants and negotiate lease terms
  • Facilitate the lease renewal process

Required skills

  • Real Estate License in SC preferred
  • Residential property management experience
  • Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Record keeping and compliance management expertise
