Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee a 100-unit property in Williamsburg, Virginia. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth within a supportive company that emphasizes team building and employee development.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage collections and posting rent receipts
  • Approve invoices and posting accounts payable
  • Supervise on-site team members
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Participate in leasing and renewal activities
  • Assist with the development of budgets and property performance goals
  • Ensure financial and operational goals are met
  • Assist with project management of capital improvements
  • Provide high-quality customer service to residents
  • Ensure quality of maintenance and turnover work
  • Manage vendors and contractors
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required skills

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Property Manager
  • Prior experience with properties undergoing renovations preferred
  • Experience with Yardi software preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong supervisory skills for hiring and managing team members
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
